Mailing list loop when list address is in the list members

Hello,

We sometimes have customers adding by mistake, their mailing list address in the subscribers of the said mailing list.

This ends up in catastrophic issue as it creates an endless loop spamming indefinitely all subscribers of the list as the list is sending to it's own address.

Hopefully we have some throttle to limit the issue but it fills the queue and the customers has no possibility to break the loop themselves.

It would be really nice that the mailing list processing code has some check to prevent this to happen. I can't think of any case where the mailing list sending to itself would be somehow legit.
