We are a brutally honest company and I've replied in the community regarding mailing lists in the past.

We are not going to enhance Mailing Lists much beyond what they are now.  It is not intended to be a replacement for MailChimp, but a basic Mail List service that helps about 80% of people.

This is how we are approaching our Online Meetings and other areas of our product that expand beyond EMAIL and Clients.  SmarterMail is not intended to replace Zoom, as we are focused on providing capabilities up to 8 or 9 video streams. But, we provide integrations so Zoom will work with Zoom Meetings as it does with Exchange.

We clearly can't build 20 complete services into one product but we can provide a majority of the functionality people want while also including integrations with a variety of services.

Thank you, Tim. Our main issue is that you can set the header and footer of the mailing list, but many times the message content uses a different font/size. We are always trying to make it look more professional.
