Has anyone been able to enable 'conversations view' using the SmarterMail's Microsoft Exchange 'sync' with Microsoft Outlook, specifically with Mac Computers?

There are a few clients who REALLY 'need' this feature to work, as they are getting Tons of emails and do not want to spend the time looking for each of them. The only workaround we found was by adding an IMAP account in MS Outlook with the same email account. Now, the other Microsoft Exchange account is used for calendar's and contacts.

I personally think this is a Mac Microsoft Outlook issue as conversations work on the Windows environment, using the Microsoft Exchange sync.
