I am running Build 8388 FREE version on a Windows server 2022.
It was working fine for 6+ months - meaning each time I generated a report, it would reflect the latest traffic.
But maybe twice the charts would not show new data, and a reboot of the server would then get the stats to be the latest and auto-refreshing of the data would work.
But for the last two days, the data would not auto-update, and when I would do a reboot, it would then "see" the latest traffic, but it would then not auto-fresh after that point. I would need to keep rebooting to force it to "see" the latest stats.
So, I just updated to 8521 and still have this same issue.
It seems like some scheduled "refresh" task is not running on a periodic basic to get smarterstats to "see" the newer logs.
Any Ideas how to fix this issue?
