Is there a way to set SmarterTrack up to log in with Office 365 credentials? I looked at external provider documentation, but it is not clear to me. Thanks.

Yes, you can authetnicate against Active Directory with SmarterTrack.  

External Providers are to authenticate against whatever platform you want and/or ask any questions from your users and store that data within custom fields for the user and / or tickets etc.   

For example, some companies use it to verify serial numbers of products and don't allow customers to submit anything unless it matches a valid product / serial number etc.

Thank you, but can you log into SmarterTrack using Microsoft 365 credentials? Example: create a button to log into Microsoft 365 instead of using the default login button? Do you have an example of setting this up?
