SmarterTool Community issue: I can't find a way to change my Community password (or recover it if I forget it...)

Not A Problem
Sorry for the question, but I have two questions about the SmarterTools Community forum:

  1. How can I change my community user password?

  2. If I forget my password, how can I recover it?

I have tryied into "MyProfile" and "MySettings", bu I cant find any clue...

Gabriele,

I believe that the community user accounts are in sync with SmarterTools website accounts.  So you should be able to change your pw on https://www.smartertools.com > My Profile

Hi Ron!

It seems that the two websites are not connected by the "Profile Account" perspective...

In fact, I have two account with the same name, but different password ascross the two websites...
