Email blank From: Unknown User

Often some users receive blank messages from an unknown user.
I already checked and there is no system message without text in the configuration.

We have an identical problem of empty mail in sender do you have an explanation for this problem?

This might be an event configured at the domain or user level, can you check there and let us know what you find?
