[Beta] Improvement to autoresponder area

We've had quite a few tickets around "autoresponders not working", we check and the user has only filled out the "Inside my organization" card and not the "Outside my organization" option. Most say they have no clue what that means, so we have to explain it to them.

Would be great if maybe there was a notice/note at the top of the autoresponder page that explains what they mean. I like the dual options for in and out, but I am an email admin, I know what that means, bob from accounting that asks "why do you have 4 computers", when I really have 1 computer with 4 monitors is completely lost at what these 2 options mean.
