I was able to login using my admin access, logged out and still can't login to my account. Back logged in via admin and impersonate me and I see the following error on the lower right:

Also FYI, I could download all logs except the Error log. When in the Error log area and clicking download, it showed an error message on the lower right. Again, all other log areas would download.

I'm sorry you're still running into trouble with the Remember Me feature. I can understand your disappointment and hope we can get this new issue resolved quickly. Thank you for providing the log snippet as well. I am to replicate the issue downloading the Error logs and will let the developers know.

I heard from the development team regarding this issue. It appears this is not directly related to the Remember Me feature but IIS instead: "There's a routing issue causing incorrect error codes to be returned for some URL's which is causing 403 (forbidden) errors and preventing certain functions from working." The development team is working to resolve this, and I will send you an update as soon as I have more details. 

Neal, this issue should be fixed in the next minor release.
