I updated version 13 but after create new agent they can not login.

Hi Tanit,
 
I apologize for the inconvenience. This issue has been resolved in the June 28th release of SmarterTrack 14.0.6752. Please upgrade your installation and your agents will be able to log in as expected.

i tried upgrade to version 14. But it not work system require activation for version 14. But i can't activate to version 14.x because my license is 13.x. New version require new payment. I already paid for 13.x license. Why i just make a new payment for solve this issue ? It not fair.
