SM V16 stability

I wanted to reach out to users who are on the V16 platform now. We have always kept in line and upgrade very regularly. But we had always waited for about a month or so to upgrade to new major version. Due to the large amount of issues and releases with V16 we held off from upgrading. Even today we are still not on V16. I wanted to inquire and see if V16 has become much more stable as previous versions of SM.

I would be interested to know too, cannot afford to waste the time going through a pilot deployment if there are still fundamental issues.

We have had no real issues and many benefits from upgrading to SM16 as soon as it was available. The issues our customers had were with SM15 which was generally hated.
Having said that I'm really really looking forward to SM17

There were, and still are, many "real issues" with V16.

any worse than v15 issues, or is this much worse

I will say much much better and Paul I guess will say much much worse
We had real issues with imap, EAS, folder management and other items on V15 for us it was awful
Since moving to 16 we have had no real issues
We have a mixture of customers and domains who use imap, Outlook and the web interface both on the desktop and mobile
The web interface seems popular with customers on their tablets for Mail Calendars etc and have a few 100 who log into that constantly
