Everyone is talking the last months regarding chatbots. I was wondering if you guys are planning to implement any chatbot for the chat ? I explain me, 70% of our customer's requests are based on the same issues and questions. We have a great KB and a nice Community but still we take a lot of time to reply.
It would be great if a bot is there to reply for us outer the opening hours of our office or during the large influence of our support platform.
Do I'm crazy to think at that or are you planning to work on it ?
