How do you set a specific site login password
Question asked by Joe Payne - 9/22/2016 at 12:59 PM

In SmarterStats 10.x, I can't find a way to change the password for the site admin user account.   As the system administrator, I can create a new login for an existing site, but I can't set the password for an existing login.

How is that done?

Hi, I don't think that changed between V10 and V11 - I've always done it by accessing the Site's Stats, then going into the Config and editing that user!?

(Neither embedded screen shots nor the "link" function works properly on this forum. Anyone remember a Telex machine with a paper stripe?)

Hi Joe.  Log in as the Sys Admin.  Select the site and click "View Site Stats".  Now you're logged in as the Site Admin.
From there, go to Settings >> My Settings >> Account Settings.  Change the Site Admin password here.  I hope this helps.
