I would like to see an widget or a webpage or link for a webpage where an Admin could allow an end user to create their own email account.  A simple form that would allow the end user to input name and email user and then get a page with email settings for outlook and login bookmark. 

 

An extra setting to allow the Admin to set a pin number and a captcha for spam.
