SmarterTrack 13 is a significant behind the scenes update. We have done a TON of optimizations and performance improvements. Were also cleaning up the User Interface a bit and offering some new Skins. We have about 75 other little features as well.
We also focused on improving all aspects of Chat (Internal Chat, Live Chat with customers etc.) to use newer technologies such as SingalR etc. We have a new interface for chat so you can manage more chats concurrently.
SmarterTrack was at a point where we wanted to improve some of its foundation so we could continue to build upon it. Its a powerful product with a TON of features and some of those features get lost or are more difficult to use than they should be.
Were NOT going through a major reconstruction like we did with SmarterMail but still reviewing the product as a whole which will extend beyond this release.
Expect some news in the community within a few weeks.
