IMAP RENAME Drafts Outlook infinite loop

User is on outlook 2013 connecting with IMAP to get mail. Cannot get mail. Checks account in web interface showing many new email. Outlook is not updating except maybe once successfully every several hours.

This is what I find in IMAP logs:

Over and over again her computer is trying to rename the Drafts folder.

I would like to report this bug so that it may be addressed.
