Thanks for reaching out. This isn't something I've seen happening before, but it could be a bug in the software. I'd encourage you to submit a ticket to our Support Department for direct troubleshooting. (We offer an Email Ticket for $50 or a Phone Ticket for $80.) They'll be able to determine what's causing this, and if it does happen to be a bug, your ticket cost will be refunded back to you.
