Smarter Mail Chat Contact Status List Not Refreshing

Hello, Everyone:

We have been having an issue with Smarter Mail's chat contact status list refresh.

A contact's status is not refreshing when contacts change their status. It requires a manual browser re-load to view status changes.

We have opened a ticket with ST Support, and they told me that it would be resolved in the next minor version release in a couple of weeks time.

Any feedback from anyone?

Hi Darren,

The fix for this issue is included in today's minor release, 15.0.5976:

Fixed: The Chat section in webmail now automatically updates the user's chat status.
