[BUG] Bug when send e-mail to postmaster@domain.tld using SM 14.2
Problem reported by CLEBER SAAD - 2/24/2016 at 10:19 AM
Submitted
Hello,

If I try to send an e-mail to postmaster@domain.tld outside the Smartermail the SM cannot deliver the message.
The SMTP log contains the message and it's saved in the Spool. In the deliver log initiate the process the message and delete the message and it's not delivery to the recepient.

OBS: No AV on this server. Using SM 14.2.5711.
In the old version 11.7 work's fine.

Look at the delivery logs to see why it was deleted as part of the delivery process

Your delivery logs do not appear to be set to detailed.  If they were, they would contain a lot more information about the transaction.

To get the best troubleshooting information out of them, DELIVERY, POP, SMTP, and IMAP logs should always be set to DETAILED.

Bruce.
The SMTP and DELIVERY logs are detailed.

If I try to send an e-mail to ANYBODY@domain.tld work, but if it's postmaster@domain.tld don't work.
