Outlook 2016 - emails with bullet points are not shown in the inbox

Hi i am using outlook 2016 and used the following steps...
1. Send an SMTP email with bullet points from Outlook 2016
2. Login to my web mail account, the email does not show up in the inbox 
3. The logs do show a successful transfer of the email.
4. Sending a email without bullet points works fine.
 
I am using Smartmail Pro 12

Hi Craig.  I tested this in SmarterMail 14 and received the message with no issues in Outlook 2016.  I would recommend getting your installation upgraded.
