Bayesian score logic
Question asked by Ben Conner - 8/28/2015 at 9:13 AM

Hi,

For a given user, is there any place where the Bayesian score logic can be examined for a given email?  The motivation for this is a client who receives email from a correspondent over a long period is suddenly getting a high Bayesian score, prompting the email to go in to his junk email folder.

Barring that, is there a way to reset his keyword list?

Thanks!

I believe you can do this with quarantine. The spool on my system to get to this is on a different drive so be aware of this. If you have a lot of traffic on your server enabling quarantine will fill up quickly. I make a UNC connection to the folder with "GREPWIN" and I put the destination address in the text search. Send the email and search the folder, constantly refreshing grepwin until I get the eml and hdr file. I believe these are the steps for enabling quarantine.

I hope this helps.
