How to switch off Knowledge Base Feedback?

According to http://portal.smartertools.com/kb/a2985/smartertrack-11_x-settings-redesign.aspx it should be possible to switch off the feedback option: 

Use the dropdown to determine which roles have permission to add feedback to KB articles.

 
Which dropdown ...?

You can find the KB Feedback/Comment permissions on each Role available in SmarterTrack. Edit the roles and then selected the appropriate KB Comment permissions you are looking to apply.
