Web Server Config Unresponsive

Recently our web management is unavailable. When I went to see the status of the Service using the SmarterMail Web Server Config everything under Service Manager is grayed out. I am unable to stop or start the service. The current Startup mode is Manual and the Current Status is unavailable.

That is exactly the way it should be.
SmarterMail's web server is designed only to be used for setup and installation.
Once SmarterMail has been installed, it should be disabled, and SmarterMail should be run under, and called via, IIS.
