Exclude "No Username" Data
Idea shared by Brandon Segermeister - September 18, 2014 at 6:11 AM
Under Consideration
We use SmarterStats to get statistics for all of the Web Applications we have in our corporate network so the traffic we are interested in is all from users who have to authenticate. When I look at the Authenticated Users report the first entry is "No Username" which has a large percentage of Hits and Views. How can I exclude this data so that my other reports reflect the correct number of Page Views, Hits, Visits, etc. based on only user who have authenticated.

Currently this is not a functionality of SmarterStats.  While you have the ability to see which users are authenticated, as of now there is not a way to filter data beyond that point.  Additionally there is not a way to limit data to only users which are considered authenticated.  We are always looking for new features that could be added to SmarterStats though, and something like this could be taken into future consideration.
