Deletion of addresses form the Autocomplete list is not working

Hello,
Our director wants us to remover a few accounts from auto correcting when he types in an address. However the auto-complete function on his and only his "smartermail pro 11.7" email client IS allowing us to delete an email address from the auto-complete list BUT the address is still remaining in the list. However, this is not the case with other emails users. Please note that you smartermail is loader on our service which is hosted online.

Aroon, all entries can be deleted from the auto-complete list with the exception of individuals in your Contact list and the Global Address List.  Those cannot be deleted by design.  Can you verify that the address your director is trying to remove is not included in either of those two lists?
