on blacklist; dropping session...

So, when you see something in the SMTP logs like
 
[2015.03.06] 08:26:57 [207.243.48.186][44298048] connected at 3/6/2015 8:26:57 AM
[2015.03.06] 08:26:57 [207.243.48.186][44298048] on blacklist; dropping session...
[2015.03.06] 08:26:57 [207.243.48.186][44298048] disconnected at 3/6/2015 8:26:57 AM
 
and the log level is set to detailed, how do we find out to which "blacklist" this refers?  This ip is not blacklisted by my server, and I don't have anything checked under Antispam Administration > Enable for Incoming SMTP Blocking.  It doesn't make any sense why SmarterMail is blacklisting this ip.
