When connecting to SM 12 using Outlook 2007 via IMAP, and a user deletes a message, the message does not go to Deleted Items gets strike-though instead.
Question asked by Justin Barta - January 5, 2015 at 12:35 PM
I'm aware that Outlook 2007 does not support moving an item to deleted items but instead makes the message "strike-though" or marked as deleted. Only to be purged when a users selects or changes folders.
1. Can smartermail be configured to move "strike-though" items to the deleted items folder?
2. Does Outlook 2007 not support X-LIST folders?
2. Or does SM provide a work around for this issue?
Figured I'd asked even though its a long shot.

You can simply set the view in Outlook to hide strike through.
