I cannot login with my administrator account using the Mobile interface. Keeps failing. If I go back to the regular non-mobile I can login just fine. Is this by design?

When viewing the non-mobile site the login box should be larger, no need for all the grey space.

When viewing the non-mobile in landscape mode the footer is not locking to the bottom of the window, instead it's hovering under the login box.

It is by design that a system administrator account is unable to log in through the mobile interface.  No administrative functions are available in the mobile interface.  Similarly, a domain administrator can log in, but there are no administrative features available.

I have tested SM in Chrome on several test devices in landscape mode, but I am unable to replicate the non-locking behavior you've reported.  What device are you using and version of Chrome?

I am testing with 33.0.1750.517, this version displays the problem. Also with this version the page loads zoomed in, you need to scroll around to find where the login box is. With Chrome Beta 40.0.2214.45 both of these problems do not exist.
