How to - Quick links to view all open or waiting tickets

Applies to: SmarterTicket 2.6.2173 and higher

Some customers have asked for a quick method of viewing all open or waiting tickets, without having to jump to the search screen.  For this reason, the following URLs were added to SmarterTicket.

1. Show all open tickets: http://smarterticketurl/Agent/frmTickets.aspx?mode=allopen
2. Show all waiting tickets: http://smarterticketurl/Agent/frmTickets.aspx?mode=allwaiting

Agents will already have to be logged in to be able to access these display modes.  They may want to bookmark the links to allow them to quickly access the page.
