SmarterTrack on Andriod Chrome Mobile - Unable to Respond to Tickets

Known
Running the latest version of Chrome on Android.
Running the latest version of SmarterTrack.

When I take a ticket and reply, the HTML editor fills the entire window and shows no submit buttons.

Serious question, can anyone respond to a ticket using a mobile device?

I can confirm that I cannot on Android Chrome and Firefox.

Seeing same. The editor used to have a blue square button top left side (before the B bold button) to escape the full screen editor so you could see the send button again. But that button is gone.

We still cannot reply to tickets using android/chrome. 
I'll go ahead and open a support ticket also.

Michael, Please do that, so they start to fix the BUGs, which are not few.
All products we use from them today have bugs, and they don't fix it and when they do they create a new bug.

This issue is on our development team's list for review/resolution at this time. If you require an update when resolved please submit a ticket on this as that is the recommended approach when reporting bugs/issues.

This issue was not fixed in last night's new release.

Which surprises me because responding to tickets on a mobile device seems like a critical function.

Damn, yeah. I am on travel and want to answer some tickets from my phone (Xiaomi mi 10). After 20 minutes of writing a reply, no way to submit it huh?!

EDIT: found a way by enabling "computer version" in the browser settings... hmpfl ...

So what's the plan here. It looks like it's at least 3 months this issue exists on a major feature of SmarterTrack: Answering tickets...
Is it me or quality of ST products are decreasing with time ?

Unfortunately the quality of the product dropped a lot.
And when we open a ticket informing about the bugs, it takes a long time to solve the problems.
