Can you send us the conversion.log file in your SmarterMail Logs folder? You can send it via DM to me or find the snippet containing your domain and paste it here. I'll look at it today, otherwise I'll have a response to you Monday. I've also created an internal task to track this. We are taking these conversion issues very seriously and we are going to be working with anyone with these issues. So thank you again for providing us this help. :)
