SmarterMail 16.3.6621 Compose New E-mail Issue

Resolved
Using Firefox with SmarterMail 16.3.6621
 
Compose New E-mail > Code View
 
It shows up fine if Firefox window is not full screen.  Make Firefox window full screen and the code view will chop in half.
