Hi,
 
I am currently on SM 14.x Entp and recently got few complaints infact experienced on my own mail box too.
Some of genuine mails which were delivered in spam box, these mails i could see when logged on to webmail, but same mails didnt got downloaded in Outlook junk folder, this is a strange behaviour to occur all of sudden, this has been experience on systems with outlook 2010-2016.
 
is this sync related issue between SM and Outlook ? or what this could be ?

Any one is facing such scenario ? 100% mails in spam folders does not get downloaded in outlook junk folder due to which client misses some genuine mails and cant keep checking webmail all the time.

Got one post on same stating to remove and reconfigure account but not sure on this.

Any one facing this...again i received complaints from new customers stating they can see mails in webmail but same are not getting downloaded in outlook, also checked folders are synced even tried removing and reconfiguring the account in outlook, i am facing this primarily with Outlook 2013 if this is an outlook issue.
