Changes to Account Management Area

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service to our customers, SmarterTools has updated the Account Management section of the SmarterTools Portal. These improvements reflect the look and the feel of the SmarterTools Portal, making it easier to navigate and change account details while giving customers access to additional account information in preparation for the release of upcoming products and hosted services.

Use the improved Account Management area to:

  • View and pay invoices
  • View license keys
  • Reset activation limits
  • Save credit cards for future use
  • Sign up for hosted services and trials
  • Manage email preferences
  • View available technical support
  • And more

Note to SmarterTools Partners: SmarterTools is developing additional tools and reports to help partners identify and understand sales and distribution trends. The updated Account Management area introduces the first of these tools: graphs that show performance trends for bundles, leases, and resale dollars. In addition, SmarterTools will soon email performance reports to partners and increase communication regarding new releases and opportunities. Partners that are using automated Web services will not be affected by the update.
