Scheduled Maintenance Notification

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional reliability and service to our customers, SmarterTools is enhancing its infrastructure to include a Tier 3 data center. As a result, SmarterTools will be conducting scheduled maintenance after regular business hours on the following dates:

December 10

  • Purpose: SmarterTools will install new hardware to its existing infrastructure to increase capacity and support for the Web site, downloads, and our upcoming hosted services.
  • Duration: 7-11 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST)
  • Affected Access: SmarterTools Web site, Web services, account management, and customer support will be unavailable at this time.

December 11

  • Purpose: SmarterTools will be implementing internal network structural changes to accommodate multiple facilities.
  • Duration: 7-11 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST)
  • Affected Access: SmarterTools Web site, Web services, account management, and customer support may be periodically unavailable.

December 17

  • Purpose: SmarterTools will finalize the addition of the Tier 3 data center with the implementation of the new hardware.
  • Duration: 7-11 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST)
  • Affected Access: SmarterTools Web site, Web services, account management, and customer support will be unavailable at this time.
