SmarterTools will be installing new network hardware on Saturday, April 5th, 2008 to update existing systems, increase capacity, and improve performance. As a result, there may be periods of intermittent access between the hours of 8 AM – 4 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) for the Web site, billing functions, product activations, and order pages. On Monday April 7th, 2008, SmarterTools will be incorporating the Account Management section of the Web site with the existing Customer Portal page. This will give all partners and customers a single unified interface to monitor and manage all aspects of their account, product purchases, and support requirements. This integration should not result in an interruption of service.
