Configure IIS for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync is available as an optional add-on to SmarterMail and is associated to a specific SmarterMail license key at the time of purchase. If you are running SmarterMail with IIS, you will need to change your configuration settings before you can add Exchange ActiveSync to specific mailboxes.

Make sure your mail domain has a valid SSL certificate, as Outlook 13 requires a SSL connection when using EAS. For more information, see Configure SSL/TLS to Secure SmarterMail.
