Specify Max Message Size Limits for Mailing Lists

System and domain administrators can limit the size of the message that can be sent to or from a mailing list. Limiting the size of mailing list messages helps to keep users from flooding the spool with large messages that can cause the mail server to delay sending other messages.

Applies to SmarterMail 9.x - 15.x

Follow these steps to specify the maximum size of mailing list messages:

  1. Log in to SmarterMail as the system administrator.
