Set up an event to notify an agent of a new ticket

Not everyone remains logged in to SmarterTrack for 8 or more hours a day. Therefore, it's nice to be able to receive a notification when a new ticket comes in or if a response to a ticket is received. That's where SmarterTrack's events come into play. In the video below we demonstrate how to create an event that will send a notification to an agent, or to a group alias, when a new ticket comes into SmarterTrack.
