Create Task Based Events

SmarterTrack's event-driven architecture gives administrators the ability to be notified when an specified event occurs. For example, a manager can use the events system to automatically receive a notification when the task is overdue.

Although the steps below show you how to create the most commonly used task event, the procedure is similar for the other task events.
