Can not schedule follow up in smartertrack

Hi,
We are facing problem in smartertrack. We can not schedule followup because its not accepting date.
 
it display an error "Follow up date should occur after the current date" (how ever we have tried future date only)
 
Please advise.

What version of SmarterTrack are you on? There aren't any issues with scheduling follow-ups that we're aware of, so make sure your date/time settings are correct in your helpdesk and on the server. If this all looks good, you may want to start a ticket with our support team.
