I've migrated the Smarterstats application to new server using the steps mentioned in the article:

portal.smartertools.com/kb/a2469/move-smarterstats-to-a-new-server.aspx

 

Also, hosted the site in IIS. While activating the license, I've clicked on Reactivation but still everytime I try to edit a configured site, it gives error in fetching configuration and does not let saving the new log path of the sites already added and migrated through config files.

 

Kindly let me know the next steps on this.
