Hello Adi,

Typically when SmarterMail fails to deliver a message to Yahoo, or Yahoo bounces the message, there are error details contained in the errors that are indicative of the reason for failure. Do you have this information handy? Also, the following article may help in tracking this down and correcting the issues.

If you continue to experience errors sending mail to Yahoo, it may be due to your server address being listed on blacklists, in which case you'll need to rectify the issues that got you added to the list in the first place, and then request delisting with the individual blacklist maintainers.

If none of the above resolves this issue, and/or you do not have error text/bounce messages available, you may need to enter a support ticket so we can look into this further. I hope this has helped point you in the right direction.

Hello,

thank for response,

Her strange if the outbound IP SmarterMail using the primary IP on NIC, managed to send to gmail and yahoo but to others it is considered spam.

I've remove all IP blacklist, and now clean but the same remains the same.

Adi,

Thanks for getting back to me on this, and confirming this still isn't working. Could you post back the bounce message or error messages you receive when trying to send mail to Yahoo? This is the information needed to determine why your mail is being rejected. If you cannot locate the bounce/error messages, please submit a support ticket so that we can assist. Thanks for your time, and have a great day!

Adi,

One more article I wanted to pass along to you is below. This article details the DNS modifications necessary for setting up domains in SmarterMail. Each of these items will need to be addressed before Yahoo will allow mail through.

If this does not resolve the issue for you, please submit a support ticket. Thanks for your time! Have a great day!

Make certain you have registered your SmarterMail server's FQDN / IP address with the Yahoo postmaster or they will block you. You'll also need a mission statement and acceptable use policy on you website which a luve person at Yahoo will read and gave to approve See: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN3438.html
