Some email have empty body via ActiveSync

Dear SmarterTools Team,
On SM 15.3.6109, one our user have some emails with empty body in Outlook 2016. Account connected is ActiveSync. But when I open Web or IMAP same email have no empty body. Please can you advice us how it can be fixed?
