Probably of all, I found the root of the problem, but I can't solve it myself.
I found the dependence of the appearance of duplicate meetings.
Apparently, it all depends on what the first Outlook checking, the availability of the meeting through activesync or through the availability the meeting from the letter.
That is, if Outlook first take appointment from letters and then checks activesync , the doubling of meeting will not occurs.
If the first check activesync, the existence of the meeting in a letter makes the second meeting in calendar.
And this happen randomly

Please help!

Greetings,

Does this same behavior persist if you disable the option to Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls within Outlook ?

This can be found under File-> Options-> Mail-> Tracking. Please disable this on both computers and let me know if the issue persists.
