under Throttling, it says:
  • Outgoing Messages per Hour - The number of messages sent by the domain per hour. By default, the number of outgoing messages is 5,000.
I'm thinking that it should refer to 'user' instead of 'domain' and the number should be 1000 or 1500.

Thank you for the report, Kevin! This has been updated to read correctly. The default value for a user's outgoing messages per hour is 1,000.
