Hotmail doesn't respect greylisting?

Users can''t receive mail from Hotmail users with greylisting turned on. Is there anything I can do to change that?

Hi Dean.  In Security >> Greylisting >> Options, do you have Apply To set to Everyone Except Specified Countries / IP Address.  Hotmail shouldn't be greylisted as long as their email is being received from IP's between 65.52.0.1 -- 65.55.255.254.  You can verify this in the SMTP logs.

Thanks - I had it to just Everyone - I'll try the IP exceptions.

Did those come from the default SM install? Do they ever get updated/changed?

PS - it would be nice to be able to sort the columns alphabetically (for value/description)

+1 on sort the columns, especially since there's over 50 of them in the list.
