SmarterMail v15.1.6005 - Bug - Manage > Virus Quarantine
Problem reported by Nathan Harrington - 7/13/2016 at 8:07 PM
Resolved
As System Administrator > Manage > Virus Quarantine

When you double-click on a message in the Virus Quarantine to view the message, the date/time listed in the message header is always the current date/time, rather than the date/time of the message.

This has been an issue since as least v12.0.5178, however because I wasn't running the current version of SmarterMail, I hadn't reported it. I just upgraded to v15.1.6005, and the issue still exists in that version.

Thanks, Nathan. As with your other post, I'll pass this on to the SmarterMail Team and have them review it. If this is NOT a bug, I'll leave some more details. Otherwise, if confirmed it will get fixed in a minor. For now I'm going to leave this Thread open until we get to a point of changing the status.

As an aside, you're sure it's the "current" date/time and not the date/time the message was quarantined? Just want to make sure...

Hi Nathan, I'm seeing the same behavior.  I'll be getting this over to the developers to be fixed.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It's definitely the current time. Matches the clock on computer every time.
