User Throttling Action: Lock User

Because we've recently switched from MDaemon to SmarterMail I'm missing "Lock User" option as Throttling Action.
 
Currently I can only select "Delay or Reject messages".
 
I suggest to add additionally following user status options:
- Disabled and allow mail
- Disabled and don't allow mail
 
As I wrote at the beginning this is a possible setting in Mdaemon Mailserver and we have used it to stop spam attacks automatically.
