How does an account exceed its maximum size limit?

Just had a call from a domain admin who said that one of thier users accounts were shown to be 123% of maximum.

How can this occur?

Smartermail Enterprise 15.0.5976

Unfortunately, I didnt see this with my own eyes but I believe the domain admin.

If the user has a box limit of 100 MB and they are at 95 MB, if someone emails them a 10 MB file it is received and their usage is now 105 MB. Any additional emails are rejected but the one that made it go over the limit is allowed in.
